1Invocation
Come, Holy Spirit. Come, Holy Spirit. Come, Holy Spirit. Heavenly Father, we thank You. We thank You for this sacred season. We thank You for Your guidance, for Your mercy, and for the love You pour out on us every day. We thank You for every blessing You have given us — seen and unseen. Today, and throughout these forty days, we come before You as one body and one voice. We humble ourselves before You, choosing repentance, prayer, and surrender, and we hold fast to the promise of Your Word:
"If My people, who are called by My name, will humble themselves and pray and seek My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven, and I will forgive their sin and heal their land." — 2 Chronicles 7:14
2Intercession for the Nation
We lift up El Salvador. You named this land The Savior — a name that points directly to Jesus Christ. Jesus, we thank You. We thank You for ending the violence. We thank You for the peace that now rests over El Salvador. For Your Word instructs us:
"I urge, then, first of all, that petitions, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for all people—for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives." — 1 Timothy 2:1–2
We thank You for the leadership You have raised up. We give thanks for President Nayib Bukele — for the courage and wisdom You have granted him, and for the divine anointing You have placed upon him for this time and this responsibility to pursue peace, safety, justice, and prosperity for the nation.
"Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called children of God." — Matthew 5:9
We ask that wisdom, humility, and righteousness continue to guide every decision. Surround President Bukele — his family, those closest to him, and all who serve alongside him — leaders, officers, and public servants — with Your protection, Your restraint, and Your divine counsel.
3Forgiveness and Restoration
We ask for forgiveness and healing. We lift before You every victim of violence, every family that has suffered loss, every heart wounded by fear, trauma, or injustice. Heal them, Jesus — in ways only You can. Let miracles flow that can only be explained by Your hand.
"Forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us." — Matthew 6:12
Today, we choose to forgive. We release every wound. We surrender every injustice into Your hands.
"I will restore the years the locust has eaten." — Joel 2:25
Let this be a season of restoration — for victims, for families, and for the nation as a whole. And God, we receive Your promise of healing:
"To bestow on them a crown of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, and a garment of praise instead of a spirit of despair." — Isaiah 61:3
"In all things God works for the good of those who love Him, who have been called according to His purpose." — Romans 8:28
We thank You that suffering does not have the final word. That no pain, no loss, and no injustice is wasted in Your hands. Just as You raised Joseph from betrayal to purpose, from the pit to provision, we trust that You are redeeming what was meant for harm and using it to bring life, restoration, and hope. For we stand on this promise:
4The Consecration of CECOT
Jesus, transform confinement into CONSECRATION. Jesus, we ask You to come and open hearts. Jesus, we ask You to make the ground of CECOT holy. As You spoke to Moses:
"Take off your sandals, for the place where you are standing is holy ground." — Exodus 3:5
Holy Spirit, we invite You to fill this place. As You filled the house at Pentecost, fill CECOT now — every room, every corridor, every cell, every drop of water, every bite of food, every life within these walls. Renew minds. Renew hearts. Renew hope.
"Suddenly… it filled the whole house where they were sitting." — Acts 2:2
Jesus, You have given authority in Your name. Standing in that authority, we speak now to every unclean spirit. Every spirit of fear, hatred, anger, addiction, violence, despair, and deception — we command you to leave CECOT and the entire nation of El Salvador in the name of Jesus Christ.
"In My name they will drive out demons…" — Mark 16:17
Jesus, we ask You now to fill CECOT with peace, clarity, repentance, forgiveness, healing, purpose, and love — for Your Word promises that You give peace, bring light, call hearts to repentance, forgive sin, heal the brokenhearted, restore purpose, and pour Your love into hearts by the Holy Spirit. We acknowledge what the world may not yet understand: CECOT is beyond a prison — it is one of the greatest concentrations of human consciousness and moral reckoning in our time. Built for 40,000 men, in a nation called The Savior, we believe You are at work in ways the world has not yet learned to measure. Open the eyes of the world, Lord. Show what only You can do.
"The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it." — John 1:5
Therefore, we declare: what unfolds in CECOT will be the work of God Himself — not by human design, not by political will, but by divine intervention. Undeniable. Unstoppable. Unmistakably divine.
5Activation of the Body
We bless every person praying with us and every person hearing this prayer. Father, we thank You that no one is here by accident. You are present, and You are at work. Father, we ask You to activate every spiritual gift You have already placed within Your people. For Your Word says:
"Now to each one the manifestation of the Spirit is given for the common good… to one a message of wisdom… to another faith… to another gifts of healing… miraculous powers… prophecy… distinguishing between spirits… tongues… and interpretation." — 1 Corinthians 12:7–10
Holy Spirit, stir what has been dormant. Awaken what has been overlooked. Fan into flame what has been waiting. Jesus, You promised:
"Whoever believes in Me will do the works I have been doing, and they will do even greater things than these." — John 14:12
We agree with Your promise. We declare: Greater things. Not for our glory — but that the Father may be glorified in the Son. Let faith rise. Let obedience be bold. Let heaven touch earth through willing hearts. For You also said:
"These signs will accompany those who believe: in My name they will drive out demons; they will speak in new tongues…" — Mark 16:17–18
So we ask You now for what only You can give: Supernatural healing — in bodies, minds, and memories Supernatural abundance — for generosity and provision Supernatural peace — that surpasses understanding Supernatural love — poured out by the Holy Spirit Every good and perfect gift comes from You, God. And we receive it by faith, with humility, with gratitude, and with expectation.
6Closing
We seal this prayer in trust, in unity, and in praise, for You are faithful to complete what You have begun.
"To Him be glory in the church and in Christ Jesus throughout all generations." — Ephesians 3:21
We give You all the glory, all the honor, and all our hearts. In the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit — Amen.
